You will also see a Device name field that will auto-fill with your device name. In this window, you will enter your Registration Name and Unlock Code that you received via email when you made the purchase of or upgraded to the new version of ProPresenter. Click on the Register button which will open the window where you will enter your license information. This will pull up a window that says “Not Registered” and has a Purchase and Register button. You can also go to ProPresenter>Registration in the menu bar. Instead of prompting to register the program when you first launch it, there is a green “Open Registration” icon in the upper right-hand corner of the program window which you can click to open the Registration window. This allows the creation and export of presentations as well as testing of the program to be done without the need to physically register the program. Click on Unregister, then enter your ProPresenter Registration Name and Unlock Code.ProPresenter allows you to run the fully functional program at any time, you will just see a watermark appear at random intervals on your Screens. If you are using the Trial mode, then open ProPresenter, in the top left, click on ProPresenter, then click on Registration. If you are converting a Demo mode, enter the new registration information rather than clicking on "Try It". The Licensed mode or Registered mode is what you have after you purchase a license for ProPresenter. This allows you to use ProPresenter in a live environment for two weeks before you purchase it. The Trial is active for 14 days and removes the watermark for that time. After you request a trial code, when you open ProPresenter, rather than clicking on "Try It", enter the registration name and license number from your trial code email. We recommend that you use the Demo mode for a few days to get comfortable with the program before you request the trial code. This code is activated as soon as you request it. In order to use the Trial mode, you will need to request a two week trial code.

The Trial mode is the next step from the Demo mode. This allows you or your volunteers to create presentations on personal computers without having to use your organization's license on their computers. This watermark is applied to the output channel, and not to any of the files. While you are using the Demo, you will see our logo as a watermark over the output of ProPresenter. If you do not have a license then when ProPresenter opens you can just click the "Try It" button to put it into the Demo mode.

You are not going to be asked for any kind of license information when you download the program. The Demo mode is what you download at anytime when you click on the "Download Now" button.
